The Manor Medical Vitality Wellness Centre: FAQ’s
The Manor Medical Vitality Wellness Centre has been open for three months and, save for a few teething problems and hiccups, it is establishing itself as a welcome addition to the services offered under one roof in our holistic and caring centre.
The purpose of this update is threefold.
Thank you to all that have attended the Centre and to you that have either returned with your families or passed on the word to your extended families and friends to come and have their Vitality Health Checks done in the Manor Medical Vitality wellness Centre. This is a remarkable show of support for a service that we have introduced to our basket of care to assist you, our valued patients, friends and community.
We thank you for your patience and understanding for the minor hiccups we have had with the billing of your accounts to Discovery. We are working with Discovery to finalise all the outstanding amounts payable to the members and /or the Doctors. Thereafter we will address payments of outstanding amounts due to the Doctors by the patients. Your assistance and patience in this is greatly appreciated.
